Annual Report 2021-2022
From our Board Chair
Dear Nativity Family,
Thank you for another year of progression. Even though we all craved returning to normal, along the way, most of us have learned that "normal" now looks different than before. Still, Nativity pushed through—like always.
For the first time in years, students returned to the classroom full-time. Sixth graders learned what middle school is like, while eighth graders spent one last year together as they dreamed about high school. The metaphorical middle-child, seventh graders adjusted to a transition from online learning to being in the classroom again. And as always, Nativity's teachers and staff held down the fort.
Although I have not verified the accuracy of my next statement, I think it's safe to say that each of my fellow Board members is proud of the unwavering effort and resiliency the School's students, teachers, and supporting cast showed this past year. Last but not least, Lizzie, thank you for devoting a decade of your life to making Nativity a better place. Rosemarie, welcome to the team.
As demonstrated in the following pages, the School is in a great position to continue educating our beloved teenage leaders of tomorrow. Thank you all for allowing me to serve as the Board Chair for the last couple of years. (You got this, Kirstin.)
Until next time,
Anthony
